About the Case

We have notified the MHRA that a joint Human Rights Violation case against them wasin preparation and that it would be brought to the attention of international courts.

On 20 June 2023, we emailed the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and gave them notice of a Human Rights Violation case that would be jointly pursued in international courts in due course.

The name of the case was agreed upon by all claimaints as “The Cornelius van Baerle Affair”.

The Cornelius van Baerle Affair concerns multiple violations of the human rights set forth in the European Convention on Human Rights:

  • Article 6: Right to a fair trial
  • Article 7: No punishment without law
  • Article 10: Freedom of expression
  • Article 14: Protection from discrimination in respect of these rights and freedoms
  • Protocol 1, Article 1: Right to peaceful enjoyment of your property

However, to date the MHRA has neither acknowledged receipt of the 20 June 2023 email, nor responded.

On 2 July 2023, we have submitted a Freedom of Information request, ref. number FOI/CB/2023-07-02/Q2, to the MHRA in order to determine if our email from 20 June 2023 had been received.

No response to the Freedom of Information request has been received either.
